Sometimes, it’s difficult to tell the difference between fiction and reality – especially when creative minds use their skills to smudge the line between the two.
However, in some cases, you have to simply ignore dubiety and take what you see at face value: Even though it’s difficult to believe, it’s totally, 100% real.
Here, we’ve collected 38 photos that are so unbelievable, you’re going to have to stare at them for a little while to suspend your urge to disbelief. While each of them might look like a surreal photo manipulation, remember that there is absolutely no Photoshop in these photos. We wish #22 wasn’t real, but it is.
#01. An actual 60 feet wide and 200 feet deep sinkhole in Guatemala City in 2010.
