This is a fine example of police brutality of the authorities and the clear proof of why police officer’s ego is above the law and wouldn’t allow them to be wrong.

One of NYPD’s finest arrests a musician for playing in the NYC subway after he repeats the law word for word that allows him to perform for donations. Although the NYPD officer also reads the law permitting subway busking, but he arrests the musician anyway.
